Ascend Federal Credit Union held a grand opening for its new Dickson branch last month.
The branch, which is the credit union’s 26th Middle Tennessee location, is located in the Crossings at Dickson at 412 Thornton Dr., next to Hobby Lobby.
“Members have been asking us to build a branch in Dickson for many years,” credit union President and CEO Caren Gabriel said. “I’m so glad we now have a financial center to offer more convenient service.”
The credit union will have teller service from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. as well as interactive teller machines.
“Plus, there will always be folks here who can assist with other services, such as applying for a loan,” Ascend’s Board Chairman Anthony Taylor said.
With more than $2 billion in assets and more than 200,000 members, Ascend is the largest credit union in Middle Tennessee and one of the largest federally chartered credit unions in the United States.
