The Water Authority of Dickson County will sell 56 round bales (4’x5’) to the public through a sealed bid auction to be held Friday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. Those interested should submit a sealed “price per bale” bid to WADC, 101 Cowan Rd. in Dickson prior to that time. The high bidder may purchase as many bales as desired. WADC will sell any remaining bales in the same manner to sequential bidders. WADC is selling the hay “as is” and does not guarantee or provide a warranty on the quality of the hay.

Gallery Show “30 Leading Ladies of the Silver Screen: A Retrospective from Harlow to Monroe in color and black and white” of original paintings by artist Terry Donaldson of Charlotte will be on display through Monday, Dec. 7 at The Renaissance Center, 855 Highway 46 in Dickson. Wreaths Across America Day will be held Saturday, Dec. 19 at 11 a.m. at Tomlinson Cemetery in Bon Aqua. Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is paying for all 12 of the veterans wreaths for our cemetery. Wreaths for other veterans may also be purchased.
