Grief support group will be held Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Dickson County Family YMCA Chapel Room at 225 Henslee Dr. The group is open to anyone who wants to attend and is a free service provided by Taylor Funeral Home. Ham and Turkey Shoot will be held Saturday, Nov. 7 and Saturday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m.-noon each day at Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, 2901 Hwy 48N in Dickson. Turkeys are $4 per shot. Hams are $6 per shot. All proceeds help to fund the Christmas baskets project.


Gallery Show “30 Leading Ladies of the Silver Screen: A Retrospective from Harlow to Monroe in color and black and white” of original paintings by artist Terry Donaldson of Charlotte will be on display Nov. 7-Dec. 7 at The Renaissance Center, 855 Highway 46 in Dickson. Clothing Giveaway will be held Saturday, Nov. 14 from 8 -11 a.m. at White Bluff Church of Christ,
