To the Editor:

Well, you don’t know what to believe any more on the news regarding mail-in ballots, but here is a fact I found alarming.

A friend of mine received not one, but three unsolicited voting ballots from Alaska which she left four years ago. Funny thing is her husband didn’t get any.

There is no doubt in my mind that there are going to be really big problems with this election. From news reports, New York sent out thousands of ballots that were no good so it is going to mail out new ballots.

Another state sent out ballots with missing candidates so they too, are looking at yet another mailing. That and the fact that they’re finding ballots in garbage cans and being thrown out by postman is alarming to say the least.

The list goes on and on. I’d be more comfortable if they didn’t hold the election in November and put it off till later in the year so all of the states can get their act together. This election more than any other make it more important than ever to vote in person.
