WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 2017, by Deed of Trust in the Register's Office of Dickson County, Tennessee, in Volume 1300, Page 954, FLOYD RAY TIDWELL, unmarried, conveyed to Larry D. Craig, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of his promissory note of even date therewith payable to the order of WILLIAM DON NIX and wife, ALICE R. This is improved property known as 1146 Williamson County Line Road, Fairview, Tennessee 37062.
