WHEREAS, on August 22, 2007, THOMAS L. CALVERT and JOYCE L. CALVERT, husband and wife, and MARY ANN CALVERT, married, executed a Deed of Trust to T. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Said sale will be subject to all unpaid taxes, and governmental zoning and subdivision ordinances in effect on the day of sale, and to any restrictions, easements and other encumbrances of record, and other superior matters of record which may affect said property; as well as any prior liens or encumbrances as well as priority created by a fixture filing; and/or any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.
